Tried their chocolate Swiss with Skor ice cream cake for a birthday and it was very good with quality ingredients. There was plenty of crunchy Skor topping and the ice cream was very chocolatey and good.

I'm addicted to Malibu mango in a cone, it's not cheap at $10 but well worth it unless you're heavily in debt. Avoid the owner, get the young girls to load you up. Tip them well because you will be coming back. Recently upgraded to a new debit machine so checking out is nice and fast. Go ahead try new flavours.

Ice cream was sad. Customer service service was beyond. Disgusting. lady had a attitude bigger than Jupiter, and she proceeded to give me attitude after I complain if I could’ve dropped the ice cream on the on the floor like a mic drop I would’ve. never come here. This is the worst ice cream place ever I will be taking my business to McDonald’s.

My beloved wifey really loves your ice cream and can get into mood for ice cream at anytime so I wish you guys could stay open till 10 pm or late.

I recently went to redeem the birthday reward at the Marble Slab location in Coquitlam(2991 Lougheed Hwy. #60, Coquitlam, BC V3B 6J6 ). It was supposed to be a a good experience, but it turned out to be an extremely disappointing one. It was a letdown and I don’t think I’ll ever visit this marble slab again. I ordered the Swiss Cocoa Buttercup which was supposed to have “PEANUT BUTTER CUPS, NESTLE® CRUNCH & FUDGE SAUCE”, but what I got was a a cow’s behind. The ice cream looked like a wet cat, let alone the colour or the contents. It just looked like it gave up on life while being made, and then flopped into the cone with how much of a disappointment it is. The person at the counter also made me wait a good 10 minutes and seemed too busy by my presence, and when I told him it was a birthday scoop, he just gave an incredibly annoyed face while making the ice cream. He didn't even say a word or looked at me after I told him I was there to redeem the promo. No idea what his issue is, but he clearly hates his customers and his job. Anyhow, I just wanted to share my first experience at a marble slab and I don’t think I’ll ever be back.

horrible store. horrible customer service. dirty and grimy and the people working there act like they’re being held against their will. Don’t you dare redeem your free birthday scoop unless you want their service to ruin the rest of your day. Not sure how this place is still standing. was horrid years ago and has gone even more downhill. bring back cold stone creamery!!

If you are a kind of person who loves chunks and chunks in ice cream, with lots of adventurous flavors, this is for you. I absolutely love the ice cream they make here, it is so smooth, silky and rich and my favorite part is they have more toppings than DQ. I had nice, friendly and quick service. Don't be fooled by the "small" size ice cream scoops, they are massive! I then got a pint with custom toppings. I asked how many I can put and I was told unlimited. That's awesome. I made the nastiest little pint. If I lived nearby I'd eat this everyday.

First time there...absolutely delicious and the employee was so kind to us.

I ordered berry- (raspberry, strawberry and blueberry) and strawberry ice cream. She did not put enough sliced of strawberry in our ice cream. And the way she mix it , its poor service. She only mix it 2-3 seconds then put it in the cup. Lazyyyyy
