Manuelito's Mexican Restaurant

Went yesterday for the first (and only) time at lunch. I ordered the chicken fajita salad. The chicken was too salty to eat. The ranch was like water. If you have dietary restrictions that puts you near the salad menu at most places, this is not the one for you. Tried both diet drinks and neither were drinkable. Will not be back. Mexican joints are great for low carbers but he ain’t it. Dietary restrictions: Not the place to go for low carb. Chicken not edible and ranch was like water. Diet Coke tasted horrible and diet Dr Pepper was too sweet.

Great food and great service!

The restaurant has changed so much since it opened. The cook from the closed Collinsville location is now at Lake Kiowa. We had fresh good food, and the lodge type building atmosphere was nice. Small but cozy place. The best guacamole salad ever!

Food was good. Fajita trio for one was just right for 2 of us. Great portions. We were part of a group and we were in and served quickly.
