Manoli's Pizza Company was created with family in mind. My father, Manoli Placourakis, was born in 1925 on the largest of all the Greek islands, Crete. We moved to Maui and opened Manoli's Pizza Company in 2012, Handcrafted and fresh from the oven, made with an organic wheat or gluten-free crust, and piled high with locally sourced vegetables and the finest quality meats -- the pizza is just one reason to visit Manoli's Pizza Company.
