Manantial Frozen Treats - Lancaster

Really wanted to try this place but they were closed despite the sign saying they should have been open. So one star for the fact they lied about their hours on the sign

I walk in and there was a girl with glasses working. Noone was inside and I was overwhelmed by the many options. I see her walk over and stare at me. I looked at her and smiled and she kept starring... not even a greeting or anything close to a warm welcome. As I stood there in awkwardness I looked at my bf and decided to leave. I was actually hoping to taste the candy cane holiday ice cream but I won't give my time to a worker that just states at me while I obviously look like I need help. My bf told her thankyou and she just walked away...OK girl. I absolutely LOVE the location in Palmdale next to the laundromat. The girl there I think she said she works there with her mom and they absolutely left an adorable impression on us. So friendly and being new to the area that time I felt I could be a regular. The ice cream is good just this location threw my entire vibe off

The menu is terrible. All these "flavors" listed with no descriptions and no prices. The Person who took my order was rude when I asked questions about the menu. I was sorely disappointed with the taste and the value. Will not return

Great ice cream. I’ve never had rolled ice cream before and tbh even now I still don’t get the novelty of it lmao, BUT we got green tea mochi and the flavor was bomb. Very similar to Maeda-en green tea (which is the Japanese ice cream brand). Anyway it was a good amount for 6 bucks. Would definitely go again. I will say the ambience of the place is dead tho haha.

The ice cream was soooo delicious! The atmosphere is definitely inviting. They have games on the table while you wait for your treats. You can really tell they take their time making it as it was so mouth watering. So do not rush them at all. It’s worth the wait. The cashier was really nice especially if it’s your first time here and helped us understand the menu to place an order. I will definitely be getting my ice cream from here now
