Growing up in an Italian household is just like any other. You have fights but you always have love. Owning a business with your family, especially a pizzeria, is exactly the same. You have fights but you definitely have love. The 4 brothers who founded Mamma Franca's Pizzeria definitely have that. The love and passion for great food and amazing customer service. They've been in the restaurant industry all of their life; literally growing up in their family restaurant in New York and Florida. Mamma Franca's Pizzeria was created in remembrance of their mother. Fran was born on in a small town in southern Italy. All of her friends and family called her Franca, short for Francesca. They knew to name their pizzeria, Mamma Franca's.
