Southern charm - and hair. Stopped by for a quick breakfast, ordered a sausage/egg/cheese biscuit. Waitress was awesome, friendly, and on the spot. When the sandwich arrived, I noted a long hair coming out from the cheese. *sigh* I"m bald, so I am fairly certain it wasn't mine. These things happen, so what. Pull the hair out and move on. Second bite, another long hair under the cheese, nicely melted in. Informed the waitress, and she handled it exactly right, so service wasn't the issue - but my appetite was kind of gone. She comped the meal (both bites, and both hairs :-) ) and I left. Would I return? Maybe. Will have to think about it, though, as that wasn't a great first impression on the food. The service, though? Top notch. NOTE: This is the place to go if you want all old white dudes eating breakfast and talking about how the election was stolen and how early voting is a plot (I listened in on this conversation at the table next to mine) and with Fox News on. Just know this going in.
