We came in for a family meal as 4 for my birthday, every one of us loved the food. Adam, our waiter, was very welcoming and his menu recommendations were wonderful. Thank you for the amazing food and service.

The steak needed more seasoning and the fondent was rock solid.

Got the chateubriand meal deal with wine 79.99. Chateubriand came out flat cold which I was told be 40 min to cook again or could heat up the one I had which I didn’t want as it was medium rare! Bill came to 300 as we ate with another couple and ordered another 2 bottles wine plus 2 pints. Paid bill and got knocked off 1 pint which we weren’t happy with! Then offered 2 pints and the crème brûlée desert as that’s all they could do! So we accepted as we didn’t want to argue. Gets home and checks the receipt and we were charged 24.99 for the free meal house wine ‍♂️ ‍♂️ ‍♂️

Staying at the Malmaison Leeds and decided to use the in house restaurant. Awful experience. Music so loud the furniture was vibrating and despite asking for it to be turned down, nothing. Took half an hour to place an order even though to place was half empty. Rump steak was more like an over done minute - too thin to be pink as ordered. Side dish was forgotten turned up as the meat was finished. No mustard. No water. No staff. No hope. Don’t usually review negatively, but this place needs to be avoided.

Xmas day dinner looking forward to a lovely meal but oh dear. No greeting on arrival member of staff unsure what to do with us said she would go ask, told we were to early at 14.25 for meal at 15.00. Asked at 15.20 if we could sit at our table, starter served at 15.45 by harassed staff member. Tables opposite uncleared. Sent back roast potatoes as could not even put a fork in replaced with some even harder. 2 tables next to us said the same. Beef nice and tender but accompaniments not good. Bernaise stuck so thick stuck in pot. Staff rushed off their feet felt very sorry for them. Paid full service charge for that reason alone. Will not be eating there again. Awful food and service what a disappointment on xmas day. Management should be ashamed of themselves

Beautiful building with plush interior. Our room was upgraded. Clean with comfortable beds Cosy breakfast/ bar area. Check-in staff friendly.

Lucky to dine just after a menu change and it didn't disappoint. Black bream was delicious! The staff looking after us were very friendly and chatty. Would recommend.

The food was absolutely amazing and the staff we're so professional, helpful and friendly especially Lisa and Adam. The venue is clean and so are the facilities. We will certainly return, whatever city its happens to be in!
