Mala Tang

I'd give a 4.5 if I could but the food was delicious!! I highly recommend getting the roasted mala fish, great quality. The mala bites were fine, we got the peppercorn but I wish we'd gotten the mala for that too. I also recommend getting separate bites since the preset one is only slightly better value, but separately you can get more of what you want. Ordering was a tiny bit slow but the fish came out in 25 minutes rather than 40 probably due to not being too busy. The atmosphere was meh, I woulda expected something more for the day of the lunar new year. Parking: The server told me this after, so I didn't do this but they will validate parking for you!! Go down the street to the right and the parking garage entrance is on the left! Park on the 3rd? Floor or find the reserved parking spots for the restaurant!

Love the hotpot here, really good value, great sauce bar and great options. The spicy broth is very spicy! But super tasty, will come back again and again :)

First time there and we got the dry pot which was delicious. We asked for spicy and it was the perfect level.

I love male tang, I get their take out at least once a month, my favorites are the Zhong dumplings, Dan Dan noodles and scallion pancake! I also really like their green beans and wonton soup

Found this spot on DoorDash while staying in Arlington - super quick, ordered and delivered within 30 mins. The Zhong dumplings and the shrimp fried rice were so good! Tons of shrimp in the rice.

Mala Tang is becoming worse and worse over the years, both food quality and price.

Mala tang is amazing! We love their hot pot and their regular menu!

The restaurant went above and beyond to wait on us for our pick up last night. We were stuck at traffic and reached 10 min later than the restaurant closing time but the staff waited and happily greeted us. The food is phenomenal and good portion sizes !
