One of Miami’s most accomplished chefs, Okuwa, a master of Edomae-style sushi, reshapes tradition for a savvy audience eager for something new. With a color scheme of coral pink, saffron and sandalwood, the new third-floor space was recently reenvisioned by renowned designer India Mahdavi.
