I love this place, everything is always so fresh. The staff is very friendly. Some of my favorite items are the Ube Swirl Cookies, Blue Moon Sundae and the Creamsicle Sundae!
Used to be good. Always went out of my way to get a bowl here. Now I have to avoid
Worst boba tea ever, so bland , no favor , $8 for a small size of boba milk tea.
Not sure why only 3.7 stars but this place was great! I got the berry acai bowl and it was so good! I normally get mine from Jamba Juice but will be getting them from here from now on. They give you a big scoop of peanut butter and the bowl is good for the pricing!!
I gave two stars I reduced to one: there is no acai in this Paradise bowl. The old recipie has been changed. While the bowls use to be delicious and the smoothies pretty good I cannot say much more the the customer service. Considering how maybe 8 out of 10 times I've been here they are always out of something, sandwiches unavailable, or certain boba or smoothies are not possible due to missing ingredients. My assumption is ownership and those in charge are not the best at running a business. Unless you want a simple Boba (which is mediocre) be prepared for understaffed, underappreciated, and a lethargic service. Sad.
The wave bowls were our once in awhile treat. The acai smoothie bowls that replaced their wave bowls aren't that good - they were runny and are not worth the $10. Boo.
The Berry breeze bowl was a major disappointment. Why the change it used to be so good and I looked forward to getting it. Now I'll pass. Go back to the original recipe because your menu on the web is a lie.
Went here a couple times and was impressed both times. Their wave bowls were really good with enough elements to justify the price, and I also had a panini that was sizeable while also feeling really healthy. They were also friendly and flexible with customizations. Their menu online doesn't reflect what they actually sell though.
The London Fog is too sweet for me and the boba pearls are (sadly) hard.
