I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent dining experience at your establishment. My party and I visited your restaurant excited to indulge in your seasonal lobster offering. Upon arrival, we were shown fresh lobster, which heightened our anticipation for a delightful meal. However, when the dish was served, it became apparent that the lobster did not taste fresh at all; rather, it resembled frozen lobster in both texture and flavor. This discrepancy between the quality of the lobster we were shown and what was actually served raises concerns about the honesty and integrity of your establishment. Not only were we served subpar food, but we were also charged the seasonal price for what amounted to a disappointing dining experience. As patrons who value honesty and transparency, we expect better from a reputable restaurant like yours. We trust that you will take the necessary steps to address this issue and ensure that such discrepancies do not occur in the future.

MANDATORY $2 A PERSON FOR TEA! 9 people, they charged $18 for tea WHEN NO ONE DRANK TEA! Everyone ordered drinks - coke, orange crush. We said multiple times we don’t want tea, said it’s “table charge” Unacceptable. Only place in GTA that mandatory charges $2 tea A PERSON!! It’s obvious we don’t drink tea considering everyone ordered canned pop.

Very busy place. Food is great. We had dim sum here. However they don’t really follow the reservation system. We called a day before and made a reservation but when we arrived all tables are served. We waited 20min to get a table. .

If you like dim sum, this is a great place for authentic dishes. I've been on many occasions and it never fails me. From the Har gow to the chicken feet, all are very tasty.

The dim sum quality here has gone down and is becoming more apparent and consistent. They often re-fry fried dough sticks and this time they re-fried the squid tentacles which tasted pretty stale.

DONT RECOMMEND！！！ The service was absolutely terrible! My sister was having the additional sweet soup, then she found an ant in it. When we called the waitress she was denying the situation and saying she can’t “see” it, and that it’s a little mosquito. After that another man came, probably the manager, he said that we are mistaken in the first place, then when he saw that ant was in the soup, he said it is something that cannot be avoided, little insects get in foods all the time, like what? They just kept pushing the responsibility and didn’t apologize. Till at the end they said they are sorry and what kind of discount we want. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had and I will never go to that restaurant ever again.
