Epic time at Maggie's Pub! The owner was super cool and sang some karaoke with us, busted out the dance moves, and got us some t shirts. 100% would go back.

I recently visited and was quite disappointed with the customer service, specifically from one of the bartenders. On the evening of October 29 2023, I encountered a situation that left me feeling unwelcome and frustrated. The bartender in question displayed dismissive behavior throughout my visit. When I asked questions about the drink menu, I received short, unhelpful answers, which made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. Furthermore, there was a derogatory comment made that was entirely uncalled for. This type of attitude and behavior should not be tolerated in any establishment. I requested a Mexican mule and I got a simple cup with lime and tequila. I hope that The owner takes this feedback seriously and invests in staff training to ensure that all customers are treated with respect and courtesy. It's essential to remember that customer service plays a significant role in the overall experience. I hope my feedback is helpful in improving the overall experience for future patrons.

If you are a tourist or even a local I would be careful going here and using a credit card. My wife an I were recommended this place by a waitress from another establishment, so we went here and bought two drinks for $18. I left the bartender a $3 dollar tip; thus, making the bill $21 dollars. A day or two later when the transaction posted, it was changed to $38. I can only assume the bartender decided to give herself a tip boost on my dime. The owner should really look into who they have working for them. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and illegal.
