Macondo Colombian Kitchen

I haven’t eaten here yet but the nice man behind the desk sold me a delicious soda and let me use the wifi :)

The food was great and the chef excellent no complaints about the quality of the food. Nevertheless, I went there since some friends were already meeting there. I was starving and since recently I got fired from my job I am cutting expenses and decided to split the half of the cost with a friend. I was not able to leave a tip and felt so uncomfortable with the look the children that where on the front desk gave us, also when they collected the dishes. I usually leave tips and I am sorry about that, but it is not a must thing and people should know that. I am already paying for the food so. Please let’s be more empathetic and even the cost of the plates are not cheap, for the rest it was really delicious flavor and good portions.

Not sure if it was an off day or what, but we waited forever for two kinds of arepas, two cheese, one steak. We paid over 30$ for the whole order, and there was barely any food. Very small portions for the price. We were so confused we thought part of our order was missing. It's was definitely a big disappointment.

I had a paisa bowl, it was good, more food would be nice but it was yummy

This family-owned restaurant serves the best coffee in the city bar none! They also offer menu items that are delicious, healthy and of the highest quality. You can eat like a king here for under $20. Give it a try and you'll definitely be back!

Great food and atmosphere. Very authentic! My Colombian friends recommended me to go here and we all love the food.
