very expensive for what it is

Party of three, we had the Mac & BBQ bowl (huge serving), a burger and fries (burger was ok, but bland), and the street tacos - burnt end pork belly (delicious and spicy) and Mezcal chicken (tasty but a little dry) with a side of Mexican street corn salad (very good). Parking: Busy area of College Town. Municipal lot just behind for $1 per hour - easy access and egress.

This was the sour cream provided with my quesadilla. No, this is not blue cheese dip. This is mold.

I order my food at 4 and we left at 5:15 and we only got half of the food we ordered and the food didn't even com until an hour after we ordered it

Yikes. What a terrible dining experience. We had to flag somebody down for every single thing. Including water. We had to ask for our sauces, sides, and part of our meals more than 4 times. It was insane. And the food was terrible. The fries were so old and obviously microwaved. The birria tacos and consume were so bitter it was literally inedible. I have never ordered food at a restaurant that I actually could not stomach to eat, and this achieved that. Such a letdown and had high hopes for this place while looking at their menu online.

the food was extremely tasty, i ordered the cali street burrito. As I swallowed one of the bites I almost choked on a hard piece of plastic. It cut the back of my throat and now i’m coughing up blood.

The “inspired house salad” had zero dressing or seasonings on it and was greens, tomatoes, and a wad of onions.

This was the second time we ordered for a team lunch and had an issue - this time I ordered on the Friday before for a Tuesday luncheon at work. I got a text it was running 30 mins late, then another one saying the order was modified or cancelled and I needed to call them. I called and they said it wasn't done, and it was for pickup when I asked if I would get a driver notification. The order was for delivery and clearly stated that on the receipt I received when I placed my order. The lunch was supposed to be deliver at 11:10am, we didn't get it until 12:45 - when we did get it nothing was labeled..and there was no acknowledgement or etc.,. about the major issues w/ the order/delivery. By the time it came our lunch was over and everyone had to eat separately at their desks. The last time I ordered from them they thought my order said "11pm not 11am" for delivery so they never even started it until I called to ask where it was. Will not be ordering from them/using them again for any department events.
