Our outdoor Luke’s shack in Las Vegas is located in front of the Neiman Marcus entrance to the Fashion Show Mall, directly across from the popular Wynn Hotel. At Luke's, we’re known for our Maine-style lobster, crab, and shrimp rolls. When you’re at the shack, make sure you ask about our Know Your Seafood board so you can trace the seafood from your roll back to the very dock it was sourced from.
