We ordered take out for Valentine’s Day and it was our first time eating the food from here and it is the last time. The ginger beef is like chewing on leather, the rice tasted strange, the spring rolls are a log of deep fried sogginess. The sweet and sour pork was brutal. An hour later I had an upset stomach and I’m spending my evening getting sick. I’m unimpressed. Ruined Valentine’s Day evening. Manager will be hearing from me.

Very disappointed with your shrimp fried rice. Literally just a little bit of shrimp and a bland plain rice. No mixed veggies at all.

I ordered in house, for take out…Owner served me.. he talked me out of ordering as much as I wanted.. which I was grateful for after I got the food. I ordered 3 dishes: pineapple chicken balls, ginger beef, and Shanghai noodles..then spring rolls. It cost $69… I was SHOCKED at this price. The owner wouldn’t let me get Shanghai noodle with any pkg… told me I HAD to order everything individually. Took 30 min, so not a bad time amount…when I got home… the chicken balls were burnt, the Shanghai noodle were over cooked and almost mush, the ginger beef was sooo burnt, and sauces-less, it was like chewing on beef jerky… the only thing that was good were the spring rolls… I have never had Chinese food this bad before… and I paid $69.. While I was ordering my food, three customers walked in.. the owner rolled his eyes at each one that walked in.. don’t eat here. What a disappointment.

Quaint family diner in Lacombe Ab ... Chinese or Tai Food. Very fresh .. owner (Koc) buys locally & cuts it up himself. NO MSG ... my "Go Too" place for Chinese Food in Central Alberta Vegetarian options: Lots .. U choose

We ordered take out twice now and both times the food was fresh, hot and delicious. Recommend the vermicelli noodle bowl, spring rolls and mango salad

Just ordered take out dinner of four. I was floored on how yummy it was. sweet n sour chicken balls were actually chunks of chicken that were breaded . Ginger beef was on point the dry ribs were moist and tasted like they just came out of a smoker egg rolls were kicka**. Massive! I really enjoyed that you could actually taste the food and it just wasn’t a soup dish of sticky sauce or swimming in liquid. Their sweet sauce was very unique with fresh cut pineapple in it and it was separate which is awesome. More food than 4 could ever eat and the fellow at the takeout was super friendly and nice to talk to. 100 percent will order again!

My husband and I had takeout here for the first time yesterday. we were both super happy with the food and will continue to support this restaurant when we want Chinese food. I enjoyed that the saucy dishes like ginger beef weren't just heavily battered meat in a soup of sauce. The food was flavorful and and the portions were large.
