One of the better tea places in the area for sure. The location makes it very hard to find and get to.

OUT OF MY 6 YEARS OF DRINKING BOBA.. I drive from UCF to here every month ! I LOVE their boba drinks they are so refreshing. If you’re looking for good cheese foam I only recommend this place. It’s so worth it. The staff is always so nice and I feel very judgefree when looking at the menu. Thats a big thing on customer service. They have the best. The girl that helped me today complimented me and was extremely nice. I am very happy with all of my experiences and will always recommend this place for the best boba !

I'm here 4x a week at minimum and I've tried every boba shop in central Florida if that tells you anything!

This place was so cute and the Vietnam coffee was delicious. It was hidden behind a salon but there is a sign with the name. They also have oriental snacks to choose from.

Good sandwich and drinks. The place is comfortable to study.
