Yes! We have a neighborhood bar in Eckington! Love the atmosphere inside, owners and staff are super nice, and most importantly, the beer and seltzers are very good! 2024 Update: we don't go anywhere else Update 2: still the best. Love the lost gen family. Update 3: 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

By far my favorite brewery in the DMV. Absoultely stellar beer selection from sharp, focused, and flavorful lighter beers like lagers, pilsners, and the like to bolder, richer, and imaginative sours, marzens, and IPAS. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Great vibes all around. If you’re going to check out one beer spot in the DMV, make sure it is here.

I was married right next door this past weekend and Lost Generation hosted our after party. The convenience of just walking one door down was great for all of my guests, and the transition was seamless. From the very first time we set foot in Lost Generation (when we were visiting our venue, actually), we knew we wanted to host some part of our wedding weekend there. After our planner reached out to Anne and her team, every correspondence was timely and smooth, and I had no concerns that it would be a great experience for my guests. On the night of the actual event, Anne set aside our reserved tables in advance so they were ready for our guests when they came over afterwards, and everyone was able to quickly and easily order their own drinks at the bar. Anne even provided us with a drink system ticket so we could conveniently start our own "tab" without having to go up and order ourselves. Every single beer at lost generation is so special. They are minority and woman owned, and they have really unique flavors on their menu at all times. During the day time, there is a BBQ food truck out front, and the combination of the beer and the smell of grilling makes this an inviting place for people of all ages to come and have a good time. I highly recommend lost generation- whether you just want to come and have a drink with friends, or you want to host a larger event here like I did. You won't be disappointed!

My dog Granger and I just love this spot!! I drink great beers and he meets dogs and really nice people!! What an asset to Eckington!!
