Wonderful food and service. We were pleasantly surprised, having pre-judged as it being just another steakhouse chain restaurant. Not the case however...just goes to show you shouldn't judge anything until you give it an honest try. Glad we did and can't wait to go back

Great steaks

The few time i have been to this location I didn't have a bad experience until tonight. I order online to pick it up I had shrimp with rice with sweet potato and of broccoli. Kids meal with no season on fries. My son never got the fries but he did get broccoli. I never got my side of broccoli my sweet potato wasn't cook all the way it was hard and the rice was over done. My family like the bear location better and tonight I see wh. What a waste off $45

The black guy who answers the phone for Togo orders is extremely rude. Each time I call he answers with a nasty attitude like he doesn’t want to work there at all. They should move him to another position because he will greatly affect the business. I also came in and was not acknowledged by anyone for 30 min and that is terrible. The food is good but the service is terrible
