LongHorn Steakhouse

I ordered to go and had to bring the food all the way back to point Place, Was charged extra for asparagus didn’t receive it. No rice , Onion soup was ice cold steak was extremely overcooked. I call up there and nobody will come to the phone put me on hold twice just for nobody to come to the phone spent $70 and always tipped 20% cash at that just to get horrible service definitely will not be ordering from there again.

Went out today for my girls birthday 75 dollars and the food was cold steaks and everything else was horrible and the service was the same

So I came in with my date on Thursday, we sat at the bar because I’m guessing the manager said there were no more tables available but, we could sit at the bar ….however we noticed a couple sitting at the table when we were leaving but whatever . Yes it was 9p but we weren’t the only ones arriving, matter of fact others came in afterwards. However I ordered the parm crusted chicken with the steakhouse Mac n cheese along with the side salad with 2 French dressing, oh and a berry sangria. It was my first time getting the chicken, I normally get the ribeye(should’ve just ordered that) babbbbbby let me tell you… it was good going down but starting at 5a that next morning my stomach was in SHAMBLES…. Everything was coming out from everywhere. Mind you I hadn’t ate all day because I knew that we were going to LONGHORN , my stomach is just now kinda feeling better and it’s Sunday. I couldn’t properly care for my 7mnth old son because I was so sick smh. I won’t be coming back to this location.

Follow-Up visit. We tried the steaks without the spice and it was much better . Service was great at first but then our waitress got lost . Our steaks were served mixed up but we were easily able to resort them on the table . I would still recommend this place as a good steakhouse . The steak was hot and juicy. The spice was a little heavier than I expected. I will ask for spice on the side next time. I asked for no rice with my shrimp but it came anyhow. They quickly brought me a new plate without the rice . I will be back in the future.

I had the worst service experience from my waiter. I ordered a NY strip, but I received a Ribeye. When I advised him, He proceeded to tell me repeatedly he heard me say Ribeye. I had asked him about the thickness of their NY strips so that I would know what temperature to get my steak. They were very busy and he appeared not too attentive. But even if I did say Ribeye, but i didn't, he should have been making an effort to fix my issue instead of trying to argue his point. He hastily walked and said I'm getting the Manager. The manager apologized and offered 10% off my check. The waiter had someone else deliver my check....lol. I normally have a good experience here at this location, but I hope this waiter gets more customer service training.

Food here, dose get old and wish they was a change. But the staff is always friendly!

This place has amazingly delicious food. Love this place! Love eating here! Recommend coming here.
