We had a 20-minute wait and ended up sitting right outside of the kitchen! The waitresses were talking about their customers, and swearing it was awful. I told the waitress about it, and she rolled her eyes. I asked her about ordering off the kids' menu as I have issues with food, and she ignored me. So I asked for a cheeseburger. I received a bacon cheeseburger and an attitude. My husband's steak was mostly bone. The "loaded" baked potato was missing the "loaded" part. We waited for about 15 minutes after giving her our card for her to come back so we could leave. NOPE if we go back to that area, we WILL NOT go there again!

We really enjoyed our lunch at LongHorn Steakhouse. The service was excellent. Although the kitchen burned our first order of stuffed mushrooms, they didn't charge us for the second batch cooked perfectly. I had the steak burger, which was juicy, along with a big baked sweet potato . My wife's ribeye steak was excellent. Restaurant prices have increased almost everywhere, but we thought lunch prices here were reasonable. We'll be back!

When I think of top notch customer service, I specifically think of the waiters and waitresses at this Longhorn, there is no place better. About a year ago, I had a waiter serve me named Brad, and to this day he is probably the best waiter I've ever had anywhere! Aside from the service, the food is amazing! They have some of the best appetizers and the best bread too. The spicy chicken bites are my favorite appetizer in the world! The atmosphere here is also amazing! I highly recommend!

I was able to grab a seat at the small bar and got good service here. This is a chain restaurant, but the NY strip that I ordered was cooked perfectly. The drink options at the bar were minimal, but for a quick meal this wasn’t a problem. The atmosphere was odd and I wouldn’t hang out here, but that isn’t really what this place is for. It’s a good place to get a well prepared steak and enjoy a quick dinner.
