Very fast. Drinks made perfect. Decor nice in main area. Bathroom a mess.... only a sign on one restroom so everyone (at leas6) was waiting in a line not realizing there was 2. It was dingy, dirty, smelly and had paper stuffed along toilet, walls and sink to stop water. If you don't need a bathroom, great place.

The batista taking the order was nice and helpful. However, nobody was interested in carrying a conversation or providing a warm welcome, much less a feeling of wanting to enjoy the cup of joe in the location. The drinks were consistent with the menu. I wanted a venti, but somehow, communication failed, and I received the teeny tiniest little cup. With the amount of ice in the cup, my coffee was gone in the sips. It was ridiculous for the price I paid. Luckily, I was the driver, and it helped with the purpose of a pick me up. And, it was delicious. My mom was not impressed with her cup of joe. And, she was not able to get creamer because she didn't ask for it when she ordered her Americano. The overall experience was ok for a pit stop. The bathrooms were not available for use due to a lot of liquid on the floors. I'm not sure what was going on, but when I inquired, I was met with blank stares.

I walked in and 4 employees are working. One of them making drinks for the only other 2 people there. The woman that took their order and walked away to talk to the other employees while I stood there in disbelief. Horrible service. The guy making the drinks took my order and the coffee tasted like poison. Horrible coffee and horrible service. Also the store was dirty. Giving the brand a bad look.
