I waited 10 minutes for someone to pick up the phone to ask a question, only to be hung up on. I called back again and of course the same thing happened. Arrived at the restaurant and was seated immediately. The food came out cold, floor of the booth we were seated at was filthy, when I asked to be seated elsewhere the server acted as if I wanted her 1st born. Needless to say I will not be dining at that location ever again.

Allow me to share my experience. I walk in with my child and the hostess does not say hi or bother to crack a smile. She gets our information and tells us to wait. When we get seated no one comes to check on us for a while until a waiter, not ours, asks us if we had been helped. He ended up getting our drink orders and while we are sitting and waiting (for a while) that same hostess sprays some cleaning product on us and our table as she passes by and keeps it moving. No apology, nothing. I end up having to use my own napkin to clean the table. It took about 30 min before we got our food. The food was decent and the waiter was nice but it will be a cold day in you-know-where before I ever eat at this establishment again.

I was in town for work and decided to eat here tonight. Party of one. My server was Alexis aka "Lexi" and she was absolutely fabulous! If you look up TIPS in the Webster dictionary, it will define it the old fashioned way "To Insure Prompt Service " but will also have a picture of this lovely soul. She may be the very best server I've had in all my 56 years. Thank you Lexi!

Wonderful take out experience. I arrived about 15 minutes early and waited in a to go parking spot. I checked in and about 5 minutes after the ETA for my food a nice young lady came out to give me my order. She was wonderful. My food was still piping hot when I got home 15 minutes later. Wonderful experience and would order from here again.

Steak & potato/rice was good . The waitress was Great service was fast for that time night.

I came here yesterday and I promise you I will not be back there I used my grift card and asked for my steak to be medium but when I got home it was raw I’m sorry I don’t eat my steak like that so I called and talked to the manager and he told me to come get my order for free so I told the young lady to make it medium well this time so when I got back to work it was burnt and hard so I will not be back and he asked me did I wanna come back again I’m not coming back

Food was amazing. Service was amazing the managers excellent overall great experience will recommend.

Let me start by saying the waiter was the sweetest most professional lady. But that manager?? He needs to get demoted to a janitor and clean up the horrendous bathrooms or something because he is so unprofessional. We waited along with like 10 other tables for an hour and he sent our waitress out to say “I want to apologize but something happened in the kitchen and there will be an additional 30 minute wait.” He had the waiters come out to deliver the news when that’s his job. He was horrible and full of excuses. Never again.
