Good restaurant, but service is very inconsistent. Going as a single person I have been treated very well most of the time, but am always seated by the bathroom or kitchen.

My wife and I had a delightful experience at this location of Long Horn Steakhouse, largely due to the exceptional service provided by Mary, our waitress, and Chuck, the manager. From the moment we entered, we felt genuinely welcomed and valued as guests. It was particularly impressive to see Chuck take the time to personally greet us at our table, a gesture that truly set the tone for our dining experience. Mary's attentive and courteous service further enhanced our visit. She was prompt, knowledgeable about the menu, and eager to accommodate our preferences. Throughout the meal, Mary ensured we had everything we needed, always with a warm and friendly demeanor. As for the food, we were thoroughly impressed. The lobster tail with sweet potato and seasoned rice was cooked to perfection—tender and flavorful. The full rack of baby back ribs was equally delicious, with the meat falling off the bone and the barbecue sauce complementing it beautifully. Overall, our evening at Longhorn Steakhouse,Mall of Georgia location was memorable not only for the excellent food but also for the exceptional hospitality provided by Mary and Chuck. Their genuine warmth and professionalism made us feel like valued guests, and we look forward to returning soon. I went on this past Saturday at this location, our server Cristal was literally 5/5. She was on top of it and her service was amazing. Wish all experiences with customers happened like this across the world. Hope they keep her on the team.

The food and service are good. Our server, Liz, is always awesome. Parking: Plenty of parking Kid-friendliness: They have a good kid's menu. Wheelchair accessibility: Tables available other than booths, including some with chairs

Great steaks, chicken and salads.

Now this is my favorite Longhorn. Don't get me wrong I have been to other Locations which were as good as well, but this location for me got it hands down. Every single time we go we get seated quickly which is an A+ then we always get an excellent service. Whether it's a man or woman they are on point. Never have to ask for refills they see they are on it. Lets not talk about the FOOD! OMG it comes out hot, and delicious. Let me share with you what I get. I always get the parmesan crusted salmon if you haven't tried it, try it you won't be disappointed. Along with the broccoli and asparagus and the loaded sweet potato because I don't want the rice that comes with it. It's your choice. And I got to tell you I also love the appetizers which is the crusted parmesan spinach dip. Everyone is so friendly even the customers. Now you see why they get an A+rating from me.
