I only went here because of our company party. I had two drinks that I was forced to pay an 18% gratuity on. I would be okay with that except for the fact that I had to get up both times go to the bar to retrieve my drink and to place my order since the servers didn't actually come into the banquet area and request what we'd like to drink except for one moment 5 minutes into our party. The rest of the time we were left to our own devices and not really taken care of by the staff. If I'm being forced to pay 18% for service then I expect service. The all you can eat buffet had better salad and garden options along with dessert options. Then what was actually given to our party for our party price. And if we're paying for a party price to be there, why is there an 18% gratuity when we're already paying you more than enough for a party price package? Last I checked, you charged the 18% to a party of eight or more that unexpectedly showed up not to somebody who took the time to schedule a get-together at your establishment.
Good little pulled pork, onion and coleslaw sandwich for $5 bucks. Carry out only deal. Also 2 for $10 sandy,s, for carry out.
Delicious good friendly staff and customers
Very quiet and calm spot with dimmed lights. The food is pretty good and the service is great. My only negative remark is that they don't accept gift cards because this location is not a part of the major chain.
The waitress that served us had an awesome vibe big smile. The staff kept busy keeping it clean. It's pricey but worth it.
I occasionally do a family take-out order when visiting nearby family. This visit was not like the previous ones in that we were shorted half the requested salad and Longhorn BBQ sauce for the entire order. The food is still good but not the same without the sauce. I tried to call to discuss the issue by got put on hold for longer than the matter deserved. If you do buy take-out here, make sure that they verify the order with you before you leave with it.
