Very passable!

I love this place! The best breakfast and coffee! The service was always amazing! Friendly/ helpful staff. I recently moved out of state and I still order coffee from them. Yum!

I've been here for about a decade and a half now and have always been an absolute sucker for a top tier breakfast spot and that's what Longbottom Coffee is. I regularly try to look up new places to eat but not before filtering from like 20 that I would initially handpicked from Google after combing through reviews, photos, website, sometimes call or even scout out the area in person before I choose to eat there. (Sometimes employees suck. Or the energy just sucks) Everyone I have ever talked to here has been a pleasure to speak with. It's routinely chaos in the sense that it's very busy, but when you look at the kitchen and staff you realize that they know exactly what they are doing and doing it very, very well. They roast their own beans here and always have seasonal rotating items, great kids menu, nice spacious window nook area to unwind in, and best of all... incredible local coffee and food. Bring everybody you know. Prioritizing quality and locality, this EASILY breaks top 3 breakfast spots in Beaverton AND hillsboro personally.

Love this place! Great food, and of course lots of great coffee and tea choices. Plus it’s fun to watch the roasters work in the back room.

It had been such a long time since I've had a great espresso and Longbottom delivered. It was on the acidity side that I'm not used to however it was delicious.

I visited this restaurant for the first time today and the food was incredible. I ordered French toast with eggs and bacon. I had hit chocolate to drink and an oatmeal raisin cookie also. Wow, my compliments to the chef. I have been to a lot of breakfast restaurants: Shari’s, Denny’s, Elmers and IHOP, your food is better. I will be returning. Thank you for the great food. My next order will be clam chowder. Parking: Parking was easy to find a space.
