The place needs to be cleaner
The two ladies who helped me in the drive thru were SO WONDERFUL. Best customer service I’ve had in such a long time. Wish I could’ve caught their names!

GO ELSE WHERE!! I ordered online and asked for a few malt vinegars so I’m not eating bland chicken. I got to the restaurant to be rudely told they are “supposed” to only give me one malt vinegar per protein because the owner is broke. I can see he must be broke the restaurant looks like it’s falling down. What worse is that they have ranch packets out for self service, I’d imagine that to be more expensive than the vinegar but if you’re experiencing that much money troubles than I would be removing that too. My solution to this problem is to just not come back. If you’re that broke I would be trying to keep customers but I can definitely take my money else where which I’m sure will help them with their money problems.
February 13, 2023, 12:45pm. Stopped for lunch. Locked. No signs. Lights out. The place looks like a bomb hit it. It’s been a few months since my last visit, and it’s deteriorating badly. The accessibility parking isn’t accessible anymore. This was once my favorite chain. Shame to see it disappearing. Update: April 14, 2024. Sunday, 12:00 pm. Once again, doors locked, customers in the parking lot. Drive thru lane closed. Employees inside. What is going on?
The food was fresh and very good. It was a busy day and the kitchen was clicking on all cylinders. The young man working the counter, although busy, was not overwhelmed and did a great job taking care of every customer. The kitchen was communicating very well with each other and with the front. Well done all the way around.
