Not only a great boba place but a Thai tea specialty store! If you love(ME) Thai tea this is HEAVEN! my friend also confirmed their cookies are different than other places and actually good lol but I love their soft serve, add boba onto it and you have yourself a happy soft serve drink

Best place to get boba but so sad to see they have a B health rating now! Their boba is really good. Black milk tea is non-dairy, and you can ask for almond milk replacements in the other drinks for a charge. The thai tea soft serve is also very good.

Definitely try the thai tea ice cream, will not disappoint.

Drinks are not good but the ice cream has us coming back almost every weekend! If you like the Thai ice tea flavor, you’ll love this spot.

Located in a small strip mall, plenty of parking available. Absolutely love their Thai Tea soft serve. They do have other flavor drinks available, both hot and cold. Home made cookies and ice cream also for sale. You do have the option to make the soft serve into a float with different tea options. I opted to get the “Trophy” which includes all the toppings except for Oreo crumbs. No tables or public bathroom, just a single bench seat while you wait for your order.

The boba is good :)
