There’s no restrooms here, they have a radio playing a station that keeps asking for money. The atmosphere here is very uncomfortable . The have radio playing so loud I can not have a conversation without yelling over the radio. I don’t come to eat so I can hear about sick children who need money. The food here is terrible, the chicken for the chicken katsu plate is more breading than chicken. They have minimal chicken. They skimp out on sauce as well. Honestly this place is terrible

Island vibes and scrumptious Hawaiian kind food. I walked in on a gamble since it’s hard to find a good Hawaiian BBQ place. This place is about premium products and it shows in their food. Seafood is hard to fake, their Seafood platter was on point. Crunchy but moist ! I’ll be back to try it all.

My go to spot for chicken

L&L always hits the spot for Hawaiian barbecue favorites. Reason why there are so many in the bay area. Genuine recipes following Hawaiian traditions and the half and half combos and chicken katsu are the best!! And of course you can't miss out on the Loco Moco Island favorite. Since the new owner has taken over the restaurant, quality of food is tremendously better. Chicken katsu was delicious.. No longer dry or over cooked. Sauce provided was ample and perfect for the meal. We stopped ordering from there but will now be a regular place you eat! Thank you for the yummy food!

Ordered mauka to makai expecting fried fish, to only find out that its fried shrimp. False advertisement. Also macaroni had no flavor and looked like it didn't have the ingredients that it usually has. Tasted like boiled noodles .

Good experience. I was in a hurry but the chef was able to stir up the food in 5 minutes! The food was very good. The rice was good and the pork was juicy with the right amount of salt. I also got it with their maccaronni which I never grab and did not regret. It was very good and flavor was just right. Will definitely be coming back here. Customer experience on top of that was good. The chef reassured me the food would be done quickly. They served me with smiles and good energy. Good and convienient!👍
