Worst location ever

Had to wait 30 minutes for a hot and ready and they couldn't even break a twenty. Pizza was good but not worth the wait

Waited in the lobby for close to 10 minutes before anybody showed up at the counter. No greeting. Waited another 5 minutes for my online order. How do you mess up a basic online order? My breadsticks tasted like they had been sitting for 2 hours, and my pizza was messed up. If you want little ceasars, order from the Livernois location.

Not sure what happened to this place - perhaps new management? Service is awful and quality control is a disaster. Not sure that I'll be back for a while.

I WILL NEVER EAT LITTLE CAESARS AGAIN UNTIL THE ABUSIVE, RUDE, IGNORANT MANAGER HERE IS FIRED! Worst service ever! Long story short.... after waiting 15 minutes (to be expected... i ordered from 4 munutes away) i walked in to hear shouting in the backroom. Guy asks me for my info... i show him a date, address, and CONFIRMATION NUMBER. Apparently the number means nothing as they have to have a name. After 10 minutes of my food getting cold, bieng told off in so many ways from the racisy, rude manager, and the inability of Little Caesars to track anything other than a first name.... i walked out without it in front of them. There's MUCH more to the rudeness of the encounter, i'm trying to be internet friendly. Ridiculous hours. Suppose they have decided to follow an unsustainable business plan. Hate wasting my time, never again for me. Hot and not ready!

never come to this little Caesars everyone. For starters, I put my order in with well enough time before closing time for the guy at the front register to never input the order and then when the order was input in, it was wrong. I PAID for an extra most bestest and was given a hot and ready. I asked for well done, and the pizza was soft, I asked for sauces that the first guy said they were out of and the second guy just reached under the counter to get the sauce. Clearly location doesn’t determine cleanliness or the standard of their employees. Also, the second guy didn’t even wash his hands while he was giving out pizza, touching the register and making pizza! This location is very dirty, smells bad, and has one star service.

I tried to give them a couple chances but honestly it’s trash. The food is poorly made everytime and looks like a 3 year old made it and the food is never ready on time.

Boooo!! You guys suck. I don’t care if that’s mean, it’s the truth. You don’t have the decency to apologize when an orders wrong? Or compensate anything? Try learning that you have a job and treat the public better.

Worst customer service I have ever received anywhere in my life. Wow that guy does not deserve a job
