The pizza is good. The service wasn't good. They r always short staffed and I think that is pressure on the works cuz the even had a attitude
Tonight I placed an order #5084064 at 5:32 to be picked up at 6pm . I arrived at the store at 5:55 paid for my order and was told it would be a few minutes. The girl who took my card according to my receipt was Quincy b. And she and the other girl working the counter spends the next 20 minutes drinking pop throwing receipts at each other and stuffing paper down each others shirts really having a good time when I went to check why I had not received my order it appears my order was never put in I then asked to have my money refunded . Carson w. Took good care of that so that we could leave your store with nothing but frustration. I realize it’s really hard to get staff, but those two girls aren’t doing your business any favors. There was another order sitting in the warmers for ten + minutes until the lady asked about her order and they realized it was waiting for them to quit with their games. I usually get all my pizzas here but I won’t be back after this event I would suggest any other little Caesar’s but not this one until some additional staff training and customer service is given to the front line staff. I asked for a way to contact the manager or owner and the staff gave me an incorrect email address.
The lobby area is very limited and there are no chairs available if you need to wait on an order. There is very good pizza and then there is pizza that is pretty good and very cost effective. This falls into the latter category. Little Caesars is convenient and affordable when my path brings me near a location. I know what to expect and I'm never let down based on those expectations.
I ordered at 3:40, and my pizza said it was going to be done at 5 and my pizza was done at 5:40, and I paid online and they somehow “lost my pizza” and were trying to make me pay more. It was very disappointing and the service was very rude.
Food is good, but if you want to be treated like an inconvenience and talked to very rudely this is the place for you. My daughter and I went in to grab our pizza, mind you my daughter is four and chatty. She attempted to talk to the young lady at the counter and she completely ignored my daughter and then told us we were too early for our pizza and rolled her eyes. We went back to the cat to wait, my daughter cried because "that lady was mean". It takes a special kind of person to ignore a child and make her cry. To the management I say, make sure your staff is friendly at the very least before you put them at the front counter. Will never be ordering from here again.
Pretzel crust is the best ever, but please put Something on it other than just pepperoni. I got the message notification that it was at the counter and ready, but had to wait another 20+ minutes for it to show up in the warmer box.. it wasn't very hot.
