Lack of employees has taken a toll on this place. Your best bet is to order from the app if you want to order food. Because the chances of you even being acknowledged by the staff is actually ridiculous.
Ordered on the way home but it took a little longer than expected, they got a rush I guess. Super friendly staff was adding a little to each order as an apology for the wait. Glad I went because it was the best I've had in a while. Keep up the good work!
Don’t expect “Hot and Ready” LOL. My mom and I decided to pick up a quick pizza after work. I waited in the car while she was in there to order, she came out after 15mins and said they did not take her order, and the manager was profusely cursing at the employees to “help or leave.” I don’t usually write negative reviews, but in this case the 3 minute drive there wasn’t worth hearing a manager curse at employees and not help customers. 🤷🏼♀️
Pizza was great and only took a few minutes! Made my nephews birthday, thank you everyone!
We order Little Caesars every other week or so, and with the delivery it really is 50/50 if you are going to get your entire order. More often then not when we order the extra sauces we don't get them. Then its an act of congress in order to get someone. Since the delivery is through doordash connecting with the dasher without an account is next to impossible. While the food is good, I cannot recommend this location with good conscious due to these issues.
this hair was in my pizza, now i have long hair so i was thinking it was mine, until i went to take it off and it was COOKED ON THE ENITRE SLICE OF PIZZA. this was someone that works there. DISGUSTING.
This store consistently has poor service, and I can tolerate it. Little Cesars is what it is. Today, I came into an empty lobby, was greeted, and then stood for ten minutes while I watched 3 workers make food for online orders and ignore a person in real life. Then two people came in who’d ordered online. They picked up their orders, which both had errors. They stepped in front of me and were promptly helped. I guess in-person customers are secondary, or just trash. Thanks for making me feel like a worthless doormat, Little Cesars.
ZERO STARS would be too good for this location. First off, TEACH YOUR EMPLOYEES TO ANSWER THE PHONE. Secondly, get rid of the answering machine, you're a PIZZA place, I called close to 15 times without a single answer. Third, we just drove over 9 hours. Exhausted and starving we figured we'd make it easy and order in and relax before we drive ANOTHER 8 tomorrow. But, your employees managed to screw up the entire order. And I can't even get a refund because they won't answer the phone? Get new employees or close this location because they need to be watched like children.
Ordered ONE pizza with wings and crazy bread online. Pulled up in the parking lot waited 45 minutes and they gave my pizza to someone else. Said they just put it in the oven!!! They don’t have to worry about me using them again!!!!
Clearly these people dont know how to put sauces in your order they dont care. They dont answer the phone any so you cant ever get ahold of anyone
Oh my goodness my favorite Little Caesars in rock Hill has gotten a total overhaul of the building and it looks so good!
The food is always been great. I really enjoy the pepperoni puffs and a side of crazy bread.
Love the staff and have never been disappointed…. Always a warm smile when I walk in and I’m quickly in and out which is the whole reason I come
The guy working the register tonight told the customer in front of me fork you. Not only that but I had received an email saying my order was ready, and they told me it would be another 5 mins because they had just put it in. This place is a hot mess express

After waiting 45 minutes for a pepperoni pizza the employee behind the counter refused to add seasoning and Parmesan cheese on the pizza. While waiting for my pizza I observed another employee with long hair packaging food like a slob. She kept handling food by hand with no gloves and putting back food from the counter to the pizza. She did not even wear gloves. When I spoke with the manager on this matter she quickly addressed it and spoke with her employee. The manager issued me a refund for the long wait. As for the other employee she still refused to comply and put seasoning and Parmesan cheese and stated “you already got a refund for the pizza “. I left the pizza and walked out empty handed. Poor customer service.
Always a long wait and orders get messed up or forgotten.
