I understand that this location gets a huge amount of clientele. But that doesn't mean that upper management should leave a bunch of new employees on their own. Specially "youths" without supervision. What's the point on having a "PORTAL", if it doesn't work appropriately? If ordering food ahead of time, but still arrived at store and not ready? Food quality & quantity has diminished by a lot. Should pay attention to customers that have had an issue with this store in most recent days.
Terrible service I do not recommend this place. This place made me wait 3 hours for my food.
The pizza is good but they need to hire additional people. Oh and they need to fix their pizza kiosk compartment. It seems as if it has not worked in the last couple of months.

I rarely order from Little Cesar's but on occasion I crave the deep dish pizza. I placed the order on line 2 hrs in advance. 1 pizza..2 toppings. Pizza was supposed to be ready between 5:30 and 5:35. I waited at the portal along with 5 other customers. I never saw one pizza placed in the portal. Finally around 5:45 I asked if there was any update. The employee.......then let me know the portal was down?! I understand it's busy at this time especially this location but they should have said something to everyone waiting.? I asked for it well done..it wasn't and it was cold from sitting so long. This placed is staffed with obviously very young employees that have very little common sense. They know people are waiting for their pizza at the portal, then say something to the customers waiting. This is not the 1st time I've had a bad experience at this location but I chose not to leave a review to give them the benefit of the doubt once again very dissatisfied with the service and the food. Is there any type of training? Do they have any quality control? The deep dish is not even close to what it used to be.! I understand it's not fine dining but there needs to be some type of quality service.
Horrible service… how do they expect us to order online but they don’t have the option to pay in store… they never answer the phone and expect us to wait 20 minutes when we go to the store! This is ridiculous

When I was placing my order for my pizza, it was quick, simple and cheap. Nothing bad about it. The staff doesn't deserve the shade the rude customers throw at them. I've been a witness and watched how these adults would come in and just scream at these poor workers for slightly darkened crust, one could argue that it was a bit burned, but there is no such thing as the perfect pizza. The staff does works hard to provide good pizzas.
