Little Caesars Pizza

They don’t Answer the phone, and they keep Dashers waiting while they have other orders when they should have the order ready, They really need to loose there Door Dash Account because waiting 30-40 Minutes, while tending to other customers is a sign of Mental Problems

UPDATED 3/24/24 - Witnessed the total meltdown of what was once a decent establishment for inexpensive but tasty food. Arrived to pickup my order at the promised time, went inside the establishment to find about 8 customers waiting for their orders - some appeared/noted they had been waiting "a while", and 1 customer at the counter waiting to get an incorrect order remedied. The gal working the drive thru window was screaming at the top of her lungs to another employee who was yelling back - several obscenities exchanged. Meanwhile, nobody came to the counter for several minutes. Eventually the customer with the incorrect order was helped, then the front counter staff disappeared for several more minutes. Meanwhile, angry yelling between two staff members persists. I finally got my pizzas, with sparse toppings, 25 minutes after the promised pickup time. I was the lucky one - every other customer present when I arrived was still waiting when I departed. What a zoo! Looking at recent similar reviews, it's clear corporate couldn't care less about remedying conditions at this train wreck of a pizza joint. The only Google review replies from "owner" are for the handful of those posting positive reviews. Sad. ON A PREVIOUS VISIT - Sarcastic staff working the drive thru. Pizza was OK, but evidently this is what to expect when you spend nearly $3 on "crazy sauce". Think I'll just open a jar of Prego at home in the future.

I have shopped at this Little Caesars for years, and usually the service is spotty. Sometimes she’ll go and get food that is very good, and other times you can go and get food that is overcooked, burnt, or just inedible. Today I went there and waited in line after placing a mobile app order. I placed the order and then went and did some shopping, allowing 30 minutes for the pizza to be ready as prompted on the app. After waiting in the drive-through line for 35 minutes, by the time I got to the window, I waited another 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge me. When I had been given my order, the pizza was dark brown, as if it had been cooked for 15 minutes too long, and the pepperoni cheese puffs were smothered with garlic salt and completely inedible. I hate to say it, but I just can’t justify spending money here anymore. Between the service, the general uninterest of the workers, there, and the quality of the food continually going downhill. I really do hope that someone can step up and help the store out

Wait was longer than normal

Ordered crazy puffs ABSOLUTELY NOTHING BUT BREAD!!! PITIFUL

Completely unorganized, placed a online order for 4pm-wasn't done until 4:30. Mainly because the item I had been waiting for they kept giving to customers walking up and ordering directly.

The service is meh.. I had to call in the order because the website does not accept their gift cards. Was told 15 minutes for 1 topping pizza and bread. Waited 56 minutes after them taking the gift card and cash payment. I tried to get a refund and was ignored by staff then given burnt bread and pizza with no sauce. Ugh! Total was $13.17.

Waited 30 minutes for an order despite arriving within app's ready window. Employee literally took her phone out and looked at it while talking to another customer who had been waiting even longer. This location is and has been for the longest time a mess and needs to just shut down.
