Little Caesars Pizza

One worD, lazy people! Not all of them. They don’t greet you, they don’t do their jobs. Always talking, talking! It takes 10-15 minutes every time I pick up my orders! Happened too many times!

Its not the same. The wait for your order can be 15 mins or longer. Food doesnt taste the same and it made sloppy.

I love Little Caesars. I always have. Good value and above average pizza. That's what makes this so sad to write. The location at Pisgah Church and Baylor is awful. We have had dozens of late, cold, or incorrect orders over the last 3 years. But I get it, mistakes happen, it's part of it. No need to be upset. But today was different. I put in an order and went to pick it up and was told the system is down and that they can't give me my order. I asked for a refund and was told that the system was down, I can't get a refund. So, no dinner for my family and no refund. I asked about all of the pizzas in the warmer behind the counter, and the guy tells me that the owner won't let him give out orders, even if they have already been paid for like mine was online. He told me I can come back in a few hours and it may be back up and running. So I go home, let the wife know dinner will be very late and order Domino's. On my way back, I pass the Little Caesars in question and I see the guy from earlier locking up and leaving. There's no way to request a refund on the app so I'm out my money. Worst takeout experience of my life.

Crazy slow, took 45 min to get a single pepperoni pizza

Don’t understand all the bad reviews. My food was hot fresh quick and actually COOKED the ones on west market and summit are god awful! Thank you I’ll be back
