Little Caesars Pizza

Ordered online first time this location, received confirmation no. 182 to pickup at 4:35 pm. Arrived at 4:35 pm and order not even started, cashier said it's manager policy not to start online orders until customer arrived. I pointed to sign on wall: "Next time save time, order online!" He quietly agreed. I had to wait an additional 25 minutes for pizza. Someone needs to remind the manager that lying to customers is bad business.

Food is good but someone please check on the employees because they don't care at all at this location. I've been twice in the last month and both times I had to wait over 20 mins just to pay for my pizza that was ready because the guy at the register kept walking away to talk to the cooks and mess around. Also they take all the pizzas out and just sit them on the counter to get cold while they are waiting for other things that go with the order.

They dont care about food allergies and will you the wrong order and doesnt even own up to it when they make a mistake and they will give you a attitude about having to fix your messed up order despite it showing up on the reciept

I decided to give this location another try at the request of my children. However, I placed my order of 2 pizzas and breadsticks online at 6:34pm (Wednesday btw) with the pickup time given of 6:59pm-7:04pm. Here I am still currently standing at 7:28pm waiting for my order that is not ready. However there’s workers getting the pizzas out of the ovens and leaving them sitting on the counters and the girl with the big bow in her hair was rubbing her face/nose & pulling out her phone and then touching pizzas, boxes and etc. I was told when I walked in at 7:03pm that it would be 5 more minutes, but still nothing at 7:32pm. Everyone that placed orders at the counters while I’m standing inside received their orders prior to me. I had to cancel my order 7:38pm and Ezekiel was very pleasant. However, the other young employees are NOT! *pictured is one of the pizzas that was ready to give to me that was sitting on the counter forever

What a waste of my time. Ordered ahead at 230 to be ready at 4. I got there at 4:10 to be told it’ll be another 30 mins. How…..
