Little Caesars Pizza

I give low rate very rare, but after calling 20 minutes in advance for one pizza, when I came in place and paid for the pizza the cashier told me to pull on the side for a minute, he said that they are cutting it at the moment. After 15 more minutes of waiting outside, I went in to check what was happening with the pizza and the girl told me that my pizza wasn't ready yet. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. At least they could explain the situation and not to lie to us. Update: After trying again, called three times and someone intentionally was hanging up the phone. I wonder how is this place still in business?

Issues with order

For the past few years, every visit has been worse than the last. So I ordered a hot n ready classic, bread sticks, and sauce. I'll start off by saying the bread sticks were actually delicious because it was made fresh. But the pizza....it wasn't hot and it looked like it was ready 3 days ago. I opened it up and it looked like an oversized scab. So I reluctantly bit into a slice and it actually crunched. I'm fairly certain a half way decent pizza isn't supposed to do that. And somehow the cheese was harder than the crust! How did you manage that?!!!! So I decided to at least try a bite of a sausage. Instead it tastes like a piece of hamburger you bought at Dollar Tree. What's sad about all this is.....I remember when your guys pizza was actually good. What happened? Did management just stop caring? I think you guys need to go back to your roots.

Waited for 30 mins for my order and was the only one there. Went back inside and was informed that they had forgotten and could put it in.
