Prices keep going up and pizzas get thinner.. not necessarily a location issue, but company issue. This location has pretty good staff and reasonable speeds even at busy times.
Went through the drive thru just to be told that hot and ready was gonna be hot and wait 30 minutes....wth. All I wanted was some Italian cheese bread..smh. Y'all gotta do better!
I can't go all out for five stars, mostly because I wasn't able to actually go in. This was right after Helene came through and we needed pizza for the birthday party. It was packed, so we got the little pager system so we could wait in the car.
The pizza was what you'd expect from Little Caesars. Greasy, but a hit with the kids. I'll probably end up there again.
Hot and Ready my ass. Past 5 times I’ve been there it’s a 30+ minute wait. Just put the pizza in the box.
I have been ordering from the store for many years. Yesterday was the worst experience I have ever had at any Little Caesars. The lack of customer service skills was disgusting. I went through the drive-through and ordered a Detroit style pepperoni and a bread girl told me it would be 25 minutes for the Detroit style pepperoni so I said I’ll just take a pepperoni ready and she said it would be 5 to 10 minutes for I said OK I’ll take two crazy bread since they’ll be fresh. I paid her and she handed me a pager. After 15 minutes (giving extra time just in case) I wrapped around the store and the drive-through is full so I pull into a parking spot and get off. There were many angry people inside the store. I handed her the pager and told her I wasn’t sure if I had gone off but it was well past the time that she had told me and I was checking on it. She said she thought it would’ve been ready and it wouldn’t have taken this long so I sat down during the time I was sitting down more irate customers came in. Some because their app had told them their food was ready and it wasn’t. Others because their orders were incorrect. After a total of 35 minutes of me waiting, I stood up, and the manager stood beside the girl and started with an attitude. The girl had a apparently only charged me for two crazy breads. Which were still not ready and I said to add the hot and ready pizza even though in hind sight I could’ve gotten what I actually initially ordered with all the time I was there. I told them their eta should give a little more wiggle room because honestly after a long day of work the last thing I wanted to do was spend an hour. The manager pretty much called me a liar stating that there was no way that her drive-through person said 5 to 10 minutes and of course the girl just stood there staring instead of stepping up and admitting it. They have cameras in the drive-through she can see that I wasn’t lying. She claimed that they had been very busy and lined around the corner for two hours, and I told her that was not true because I drove right up to the window when I arrived. But it was just easier for her to say I was. She charged me for the pizza and gave me my crazy bread and pizza . Just like the lady who was there with me the whole time waiting because Her special order pizza Black olives, onions and ham did not have ham. She told the girl since I paid for the extra ham could I just have a crazy bread to make up for it and they told her no they told her they can throw him on it and heat it up a little. Or she could wait 20 min For a new one. The lady chose to have a fresh one made, but was not happy. They never give a receipt, but the sticker on the pizza has the original time ordered. I guess that’s not have proof of the fact that one has waited so long. When I got to the house, the pizza was hard and cold and all we were able to really eat was crazy bread which had also already cooled down, but at least was soft .The bottom line is the lack of customer service and empathy with the individual situations from the manager was ridiculous and not a good example for the younger crewmembers. And the quality of the food being given out is distasteful. From the looks on the Google reviews, I’m sure this does not come off as a surprise to corporate, which is also pretty sad because these reviews go back almost a year and they’re all almost the same complaints yet Nothing has been done about it.
Lazy people make you wait when they tell you a certain time limit it's actually not true I set and watched and waited for my buzzer to go off and 20 minutes later than the actual time they told me I walk in to check on it and she grabbed the pizza off the shelf and I know for a fact it had been sitting in that one spot for 17 minutes
I’m not sure what’s happening at this store, but a person should have to wait 15 PAST their stated time frame to pick up pizzas. This store has gotten slower and slower with its service. What’s supposed to be a quick system is actually slower than just pulling up and ordering the hot and ready. Online order is supposed to make it faster and more convenient. Having to wait is neither of those.
Was told it would be 35 minutes for one pepperoni pizza.
Service is Terrible online orders are never ready. The employees seem lost. The manager in the evening has 1000 excuses on why it takes so long to get the orders right
I absolutely hate going to this little Ceasars! I keep going back thinking food and service has improved and yet still it hasn't! Ordered a extra most bestest and it was burnt with hardly any cheese! My order of crazy puffs were over cooked as well! I ordered 2 ranches and 1 garlic butter and got the total opposite. A literal waste of money!!!
Food was fresh hot and really delicious.
employees standing around eating and talking instead of working. ordered online at 838 and it’s 908 and still isn’t ready. but standing around? then being disrespectful when i ask about my order and said i wanted a refund. this is the worst little ceasars i’ve ever been too.
Picked up a pizza this afternoon thru the drive thru windows and didn't open the box until I got home. The pizza was petrified, looked old, appeared reheated to death and was inedible. Didn't feel like driving back so I got Marcos instead.
Started coming here a few months ago.
The pizza was good but has slowly went down hill. I've been in food service for a long time. I think your staff would benefit by a professional coming in and teaching them for a week about pizza preparation.
Picked up 2 hot & ready originals but they were cold when we got home.
Sold me a old and cold lunch special 🤔...hot and ready ...smdh
