When you go to a drive thru you expect your food at the window not to be given a buzzer and told to go back through the line when it goes off

Just left with nothing! They claim 45 mins to hour for items that are supposed to be hot n ready! Saying “it’s really busy” no duh it’s after 5:00.. that never slows down any other location! Lol 4 cars in the line, a few people inside! Maybe some online orders?! Who cares! Hot n ready is literally the brands main market & it’s always a fail here! Every car I seen in front of me just drove off bc they have NOTHING ready smh! It’s no busier now than it used to be when pizzas used to be $5! Even now never a problem at other locations! JUST THIS ONE! They are ridiculous at this location & it’s always something! ALWAYS! They are nasty, rude & frankly don’t like to work! Lazy staff, lazy food, & lazy customer service! Then got the nerve to have a sign that says don’t cuss at employees! If y’all wouldn’t have a attitude every time you open the window maybe you wouldn’t get cussed out from people! Never seen no other location with a sign like that lol. Not boiling springs, not reidville rd, & not hill crest! Maybe y’all should look in the mirror bc sound like y’all the problem, not the people! Ijs ‍♀️

Went by tonight at 7:40. The drive thru was 7 cars long so went inside. Was told it would be at least 20 mins before any pizza was ready. They had no hot-n-ready. All the employees were just hanging out standing there. One was even on her phone texting. This is not the first time we've had this issue. We live close by so this is an easy dinner night for us. But after going so many times and them being out of things and the employees just not caring. I don't think we will be back.

The pizza is never ready when promised. Today I ordered online - placing the order at 6:31pm. On my way there from work, I was surprised to receive notification that my pizza was ready (at 6:49). When I got to the drive thru (at 6:55), I was told that my pizza was NOT ready, and it would take another 7 minutes. I parked and walked into the store to wait. After waiting for over 20 minutes in the store, I asked about my order. Everybody behind the counter looked confused. They finally realized that the person who had just finished making the pizza only about a minute prior had placed the pizza inside the warmer (which is not where orders are typically placed). The front girl eventually checked and found my pizza. I walked out at 7:26 ‐ almost 1 hour after ordering. This is not the first time this has happened. There won't be another time. Not going back. Absolutely ridiculous!
