Who the heck manages this store! Worst place of business ove ever seen! Not a drink in the store not a cup of sauce of no kind yet your charging people for combo meals with no drink

I've given this location more than enough chances and after today, I'm 100% done with ever coming back to this location again. Won't see another order or dollar from me again. The staff here you can tell doesn't care about the customers or the food quality. There's no acknowledgement from anyone. Today, part of my order I received 3 stuffed crazy bread and they were all burnt and one of them was one quarter the size it should be, with barely any cheese in them. Then I came inside to get them replaced amd it seemed she didn't want to do it. Was told to wait 10 minutes then I received them amd it was only 2 of them and not the 3 there should be and again they were not cooked correctly. I've been to lots of Little Caesars franchise locations and this one is pure trash! Sad thing is, the other location at 1287 Piney Forrest Rd in Danville isn't any better.

UPDATE** They have been doing far better as of last several orders This is in no way against the employees. This store is struggling so bad and I feel bad for getting an attitude with the guy managing yesterday. We are looking to start an active petition to shut down this location till general management are willing to properly staff this location. It is unfair what they are putting on 2 and 3 employees on days like the first of the month in a Friday. It is absurd! Though I did see racial favoritism my main complaint is lack of staffing.

Waited for 10 minutes before anyone even noticed us at the window to order, waited for another 5 when when we went back to pick up our order. Most of the employees are rude and disrespectful, and last time we went they were out of ingredients.

The staff needs to be equipped with more information, and the pizza tasted like cardboard boxes.

Not a good pizza only thin crust

Food was good. Issue was sit in line to and have to park for 15 to 20 minutes and sit back in line for pick up.
