I initially had a poor customer service experience at this location, however I received a call from the General Manager who sincerely was interested in getting further information about the incident, to address it for future reference. I appreciated that.

Certain members of the staff are exceedingly difficult to work with. Obstinate and absurd, it is a chore dealing with them. I have frequently chosen to go elsewhere rather than put up with it.
