Horrible service

The one pizza place on Hamilton Mill with a drive-thru showed out. The food was delicious. I order at window and parked in front and pizza was brought within 15 mins. The guy who ran drive-thru was very courteous. Thanks bro! To:management or regional please, "Help this guy". The speaker needs to be fix and other upgrades to drive thru. "The first impression almost made me drive off." "Cmon! on Hamilton Mill!"

The food was relay good try the stuffy crust cheese pizza

Went to pick up a mobile order and people were standing outside the store waiting. I knew this wasn't going to be a good experience. I muscled my way in and showed the worker where my cold pizza was on the counter. Needs improvement. I had better experiences there in the past. I will say it was a bad night there I guess.

My closest Little Caesars, food is hit or miss, very understaffed most of the time

I was in line for 1 hour and 20 minutes, I couldn't leave because there was cars in front of me and in back of me, usually if there is a wait they tell you to pull around, when I finally got to the window, nobody came for over 5 minutes and I left. This is ridiculous!!!
