Best place in all of Bridge water area Nothing but compliments from me
Just went there !!! They have amazing staff and the wings are to die for !!! I love chicken wings and they were probably the best wings I have ever had !!! They have a lot of options and you will get confused, while ordering but the servers will come to save with the recommendations!!!
Called to place order, no answer for over 20min. Went down to see if we could get take out and the lady working was rude as ever. Told us she couldn't serve us, almost out of wings and again told us we couldn't order anything or sit down. I asked for take out and still a big no. So we leave ask her why she couldn't answer the phone to tell us it was full instead of wasting our time driving down there, again to busy. There's 5 ppl working and no one can answer a phone ? As we're walking up the stairs leaving we hear the same rude lady say "I don't care we don't have wings". 2 hours before closing and you run out of wings ? And don't care about your customers? Great business here. Love the food but whoever the lady working tonight obviously has no care in the world for her customers. Talking s*** about there customers when they leave is un called for. Seems like a very unhappy woman working but who knows. Maybe someone was having a bad day but again amazing food so I really was surprised at this tonight. Takes 2 secs to answer a phone and say your to busy or even a "sold out of wings recording". Safe to say I'll get my wings where the servers and everyone are much happier and nice
Good customer service but there was like 2 cooks with like 100+ people in the restaurant food was great but definitely not like the picture and there was barely any sauce on the chicken, overall very good
Edited to add- this business did precisely as I predicted they would-attack the customer. I went there. I waited downstairs a dive bar to receive mediocre wings and pretty bad fried pickles for an expensive amount. This business's inability to take feedback and improve and just post angry comments to customers says a lot about them. Most businesses handle negative feedback privately. Rather than be professional they decided to do personal attacks. So classy. I judge a business based on how it responds to customers and every time someone says something negative they come back defensive. I also judge a wing business based on its Wing Challenge having come from a place with many Wing Challenges. They sound like jerks. Expensive despite the frequent social media presence justifying the costs. Whoever runs the social media is a bit catty. It's a nice concept, but maybe stop being so defensive online. Also the wing challenge started out as something like Pay 60 dollars to see if you can eat all these super hot painful wings and if you can, you get 50 dollars off your bill! Now it's more on par with other places where it's totally comped and you get a t shirt or something but ... that initial expectation is wild and says a lot about the owners. I expect some response like Our wings are xyz less than blah blah place and so forth. Cool.
