Since 1975, Lisa Power has been baking her family's famous custard filled Italian rum cakes frosted with Italian whipped cream. After 34 years of running her mother's bakery (Cathy's Rum Cake®) and purchasing all the rights from Cathy, Lisa, her husband, and their three daughters, started their own bakery. LRC offers Cathy's same original recipe, using premium non-alcoholic extracts. Customers can choose standard or custom cakes in over 70 decadent flavors, for any occasion. Also, available daily in-store are a wide assortment of Cake CUTS®: individual slices of cake. Other offerings include: Cake Pies and Sicilian Cannoli (made to order). All cakes are made fresh on-demand. Same day orders are accepted.
