Food is incredible!! Amazing customer service with quick wait. Ready as soon as I arrived. Lots of options and all taste very good. Would definitely recommend.

Chips are absolutely awful! Inedible, it seems like they were cooked earlier and then reheated

Despite repeating the order several times still receieved the wrong order, second time running, called to rectify the issue and I was just told they had read back the order and that it's my fault.

Saturday night 6pm placed order. Charged for the order and assured pickup in half an hour fine. Food not ready as agreed other customers waiting too. 6.50pm food arrives one starter too cold to eat without reheating in airfryer at home. Also found out they'd charged us for two sweet and sour chickens and given us one. So over charged by £7. Chaotic kitchen and frankly front of house didn't seem to have a clue. They won't be getting our custom again. Other businesses deserve the money more. Pity as the food is tasty and in the past it's been very reliable. Get the sense it's losing the plot.

Sadly destroyed my meal by forgetting my curry sauce, left me with dry chips and chicken balls.... unforgivable!!! Goodnight!
