I I tried them once, they were pretty good.

Unfortunately, they only let me go up to 5 stars. Quality service here! Coming back for sure.

PLEASE READ COMPLETELY. LOW STAR RATING IS FOR SLICE SERVICE, NOT LIMA PIZZA: I see Slice is a common area of frustration. They'd get 0 stars from me due to similar complaints I've read on here. I want to commend Becky from Lima Pizza for her attention to customer service when I called numerous times with my complaints. She didn't rush me off the phone, expressed genuine understanding of how I felt in the situation, and did all she could to address my concerns. I even already knew from her that the food would be at least a little late for understandable reasons. She's the only reason I'd even try them again, though the pizza was delicious as well. 5 stars for the Lima Service, but 0 stars for Sice, who doesn't get addresses correct and brings cold food 45 minutes later than expected.

Pizza was delicious, crust is fresh and wing juicy.

We have often ordered from Lima Pizza. Their pizza is delicious. My frustration is with the app ” SLICE” and the delivery. There were eight workmen at our home and I offered to order them pizza. After 45 minutes the delivery guy called, he was in the wrong town with no clue about the right address. By that time the workmen were leavening. I cancelled the order but SLICE told me I would have to approach Lima Pizza for a refund. SLICE collected the money, but they could not refund it.

Been getting food here for a time and I had tons of different things and everything so far was delicious and staff is very friendly.
