Food was not good but service was amazing
Wished I could have tried food...waited an hour when there was only one other party and they didn't prepare my order...oh well, looked good in the picture

LIMA in Eastvale is a delightful new spot to hang out with friends for a quick bite. The ambiance is perfect for casual gatherings, and the food presentation is top-notch.
Sushi Rolls: The sushi rolls are beautifully presented, elevating the dining experience. However, the portions might feel a bit small for some.😅
Fresh Wasabi: A standout feature is their use of fresh Japanese wasabi, which adds an authentic and flavorful kick to the dishes.
Vegan Oyster: Surprisingly, the vegan oyster exceeded expectations with its taste and texture, making it a must-try for both vegans and non-vegans alike.
Located inside an upscale food court. Noisy.
Service was friendly and attentive. Great sushi presentation and fresh, firm fish.
The wife and I decided to swing by the new Cravings food hall next to ranch 99... We decided on Lima Nikkei and we're not disappointed. Danny the Chef was amazing in guiding us on recommendations as well having great conversation. We decided on the Tuna, Salmon and Amberjack hand rolls. All 3 were fantastic and we got a 2nd helping of Amberjack as it was incredible... as a nice surprise we tried the Matcha IPA and now I'm hooked as I've never had this before... definitely going to be regulars at this place...
Nice place inside the food court.
Interesting preparation and presentation of hand rolls and sushi. Good quality.
Overall it's OK. I would classify it more as fusion and there are no pictures so it's hard to picture the dish in your mind.
This place is a gem. I am so happy we found dinner that had quality and beauty. It is appealing to the eye and the taste is fresh and unique. I love how the chef is polite and friendly. I appreciate the good quality sake, the cleanliness, the tableware and how everything is set up is on point.
To be honest their menu confused me and made me not want to try this place. But I'm very glad I did.
Place:
Their staff was attentive and friendly
Their ingredients were fresh
The smaller arraignment let's them pay more attention to crafting each dish
Its not immediately clear but their menu has a slight Peruvian influence which paired very well
Food:
We tried everything except the vegetarian options.
Some highlights -
The ebi (shrimp) is like a cerviche
The kanpachi (amberjack?) was my favorite
Wagyu had nice thick slices
King Crab CA roll... Must have if you love CA rolls
Their chirashi bowl was quite good... Would have loved to see a larger option or some of the Peruvian sauce added on the side.
Also, of all the "authentic straight from Japan" Wasabi, theirs is probably my favorite
