Tried calling more than 100 times about a lost item and no answer, no reply on any social media platform, pretty poor way to treat customers

Great pub. I would like to see more affordable bottles of water (the one's they serve are in glass bottles), I'd also like a bit more variety on non-alcoholic and low(er) sugar beverages. Overall, a great pub/club.
