Nice food I liked the parma chicken I really enjoyed seeing pepsi available. The building could do with a spruce up

Came a few months ago. I had a burger and the husband had the steak pie. The meals were that good we ended up with half a pie and half a burger each Really tasty food. Cant wait to come back soon ❤️

We have eaten here many times but haven't been in for about three months. Standards have dropped... think there was a new chef on ( I use the term "chef" loosely!)We both ordered a Sunday lunch. Looked nice but looks can be deceiving. The only hot thing on the plate was the gravy. I like my veg al dente, but the parsnip, cauliflower and broccoli was rock hard, and I couldn't taste any cheese sauce on the cauliflower. Don't get me started on the so called roast potatoes. The restaurant room was freezing cold, people were having to keep their coats on. And one couple who sat on the next table to us walked out before they even ordered because they felt so cold . Will not be going back in a hurry unless we hear that it has improved. It's a shame because when the main man is in the kitchen the food is so much better. But we work hard for our money and don't want to waste it on substandard food and service.

Good home cooked food, service was a little slow considering not many diners and atmosphere was a little lacking. Would return however.
