Lester the III has over 30 years experience in the food service industry, and has operated successful restaurants all over the state of Louisiana. Lester the IV brings an energetic passion to the industry that he was raised in. Together, the two Lesters, have opened Lester’s Seafood in Picayune, MS. Specializing in fresh seafood and meals that feel like you’re sitting in ya’ Mama’s kitchen. We believe in simple, yet well done meals, and huge portions at reasonable prices.
